Executive Chef Ramanveer Singh hails from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India and has worked in high end resorts and restaurants for 10 years from Florida to New York City including The Omni Hotel, Baar Baar Gastropub, and The Hotel Hershey.
When he met Jyoti Boparai, a vision of culinary traditions from India combined with fresh ingredients aligned with his own passion of crafting authentic Punjabi dishes. Working with Chef de Cuisine Nikhil Dhuri brings Punjabi flavors to the heart of Pennsylvania featured on the menu focused on executing dishes with a symphony of flavors, textures, and emotions.
